The restoration preserves the neo-gothic architectural value maintaining the original shape and using adequate and characteristic materials. For functional reasons some changes were made to the openings and the facades but without altering the nature of the building and the perception of the architectural whole. The intervention consists in a new layout of the interior rooms, following the needs of modern lifestyle, renewing technical installations and devices. The original ceiling, flooring and staircase were restored without modifying materials or finishing; all the wooden elements, such as window frames and doors, were cleaned and typologically restored.
